Bugle Trust Karnataka recognizes this need and encourages people to learn to help themselves. Underprivileged individuals are financially supported when attending Job Skills Training classes sponsored by Bugle Trust Karnataka while they may learn a trade from which they can earn stable income. This type of project assists families to break out of the perpetual poverty cycle and improve their overall quality of life.

To date, Bugle Trust Karnataka has trained over 500 students at various Tailoring Classes. Women who take classes at Bugle Trust Karnataka Tailoring Classes Center are given with sewing machines upon completion of their course.
