Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, political, or emotional. When a dispute arises, often the best course of action is negotiation to resolve the disagreement.

Conflict is a normal, and even healthy, part of relationships. After all, two people can’t be expected to agree on everything at all times. Since relationship conflicts are inevitable, learning to deal with them in a healthy way is crucial.

Conflict resolution, otherwise known as reconciliation, is conceptualized as the methods and processes involved in facilitating the peaceful ending of conflict and retribution. Hence We alwasy believe in Peaceful Conflict Resolution.

We follow these guidelines for handling conflict in the workplace.
  • Talk with the other Person / Party / Community
  • Focus on behavior and events, not on personalities
  • Listen carefully on both sides
  • Identify points of agreement and disagreement
  • Prioritize the areas of conflict
  • Develop a plan to work on each side for avoiding conflict
  • Convenience them to follow through on our plan.
